Mentorship: who is your mentor?

A Forbes article recently found that 76% of professionals in the workplace think mentors are important but only 37% have one.

Now…let’s take a further step back and look at the youth today, specifically high school age.

How many do you know have a mentor?

The answer is most likely not many.

Add to this figure is the fact that the national ratio of guidance counselors to students is 400:1.

There is absolutely no way students are getting individualized guidance, let alone mentorship.

At What Is Next (WIN), we bring that ratio down significantly to a maximum of 100:1 because we understand how impactful and positive having a mentor can be on shaping youth’s trajectory- both personally and professionally.

Let us help the leaders of tomorrow by being the mentor(s) they need today.
